APPLICATION REQUIREMENT:

6 colored passport size photographs for applicant & family members each one.
Photocopies of applicant and family members passports(all pages)
· If renew passport less than 1 year, must attach old passport (all pages).
Certified copy Marriage Certificate(if accompanied by spouse)
Certified copy of Birth Certificate/legal documents(if accompanied by children)

Own country income statement original (monthly income RM12,000 or above)
Latest 3 months salary pay slip original (monthly income RM 12,000 or above)
Overseas certify copies of Bank deposit original (must chop & sign).
(Below 50 years old Fix Deposit or Deposit book must have RM 550,000 or above)
(Above 50 years old Fix Deposit or Deposit book must have RM 350,000 or above)

Letter of Good Conduct form applicant relevant government agency.
The police authority of the applicant’s home country: or
The Embassy of the applicant’s home country based in Malaysia provides that the LGC issued by the Embassy has made a reference to the respective police authority and the LGC must be attested by the Embassy.

11) Where original documents are not in English, translation must be done by a qualified translator and certification by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Complete and condition fulfill application will be informed after 45 working days.
